Anika Grant is the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Ubisoft, she was appointed the job during 2021 and currently resides in France.

A global leader in HR, Anika has amassed more than 20 years’ business experience, along with a passion for people and developing their talent. Anika has served in a diverse range of roles across Sydney, London, Paris and Singapore – helping companies transform through their people.
In addition to her Chief People Office Role at Ubisoft, Anika is currently a Board Advisor at Ecosystm, a digital technology research and advisory firm, and AwanTunai, an Indonesian Fintech promoting financial inclusion, providing insights on talent, culture and organisation effectiveness. She has also previously lectured at the Sciences Po University in Paris on International Human Resources Management and has been a guest lecturer at Singapore Management University's OBHR curriculum.
Anika graduated from UNSW with a BSc.(Business Information Technology). She is based in Paris with her husband and two children.
